Al Dente Wine is the writing depository of Tony Poer and one or two of his wine-sodden friends. Just as pasta, rice, or vegetables cooked al dente offer some resistance to the tooth, so too can well-made beverages, well-executed cuisine, and well-crafted prose rise up to challenge the senses.
